Meet the partners

Locus Partnership - a bit about us.

As a group we have diverse backgrounds, and together we offer a wide range of corporate sector experience. We come from corporate, medical, statistical analysis, finance and technology backgrounds, and draw on the width of our experience to work effectively for you.

We came together through our mutual passion for Coaching and Leadership skills, having trained via the ILM7 for Executive Coaching, Mentorship and Leadership.

We shared the goal of wanting to deliver high quality, professional, and dynamic Executive Coaching, and to drive the profession forwards through coming together as a team and a community.

The inspiration for executive coaching

"Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes."
Carl Jung

“The goal of coaching is good management: to make the most of an organization’s valuable resources.”
Harvard Business Review

"A bird sitting in a tree is never affraid of the branch breaking, because its trust is not in the branch but in its own wings. Always believe in yourself." Charlie Wardle
